Chuck's Guilford-Long Hill-Stony Creek Ride

Starting Location:  I-95 Exit 58 CPL (Rt. 77) in Guilford

 

Ride Description:  This interesting ride over mostly rolling to flat terrain travels through much of Guilford, primarily on backcountry and residential roads, before making a sojourn over to Stony Creek.  The ride passes Clear Lake on the North Branford – Guilford border, and Lake Quonnipaug and Our Lady of Grace Monastery in North Guilford, before heading back down to the shoreline for a stop at Chaffinch Island Park and a later visit to Stony Creek.  This ride has it all:  lakes, forested areas, farmlands, views of Long Island Soundand more.
