Starting Location:  I-95 Exit 59 CPL (Goose Lane) in Guilford 

 

Ride Description:  This is a mostly flat ride from Guilford to Indian Neck in Branford, with views en route of coastal marshes and the Pine Orchard Country Club. On the return trip, the ride visits Stony Creek with views of the Thimble Islands,and Guilford Harbor.  This is a neat ride with very few hills and some lovely views of Long Island Sound.

The Henry Whitfield House (1639) is the oldest remaining house in Connecticut. On display are historical artifacts from the culture of early New England settlers and a wealth of pieces dating to the 17th and 18th centuries.
