Starting Location (detailed directions to): From the center of Unionville continue
on Rt. 4 towards Collinsville for just short of one mile. Multi-use trail parking is on the right
about 0.2 miles after crossing the Farmington River.
Ride
Description: This interesting ride
travels over mostly mellow terrain w/ just a couple rollers along the way. It visits Collinsville, Canton, West
Simsbury, Simsbury and Avon before returning to the starting point near the
Farmington River about one mile NW of Unionville. Sperry Park at the 18.0 mile mark is a good spot for a
snack/lunch break. Approximately
half of the ride route is on paved multi-use trails.
