Starting Location (city/town):  Guilford

 

Starting Location (detailed directions to):  Calvin Leete School, 280 South Union St., Guilford; I-95 Exit 59 (Goose Lane); right on Goose Lane; cross Rt. 1 @ light to stop sign; right on Rt. 146 for ~ ¾ mile; left on South Union St (sign for K of C Hall on corner) for ~ ¼ mile; school is on the left; ample parking on weekends; tight to non-existent parking when school is in session.  Use Exit 59 CPL if the school parking lot is unavailable. Ride your bike using these directions from the CPL, so you can start the ride at the school.

 

Ride Description:  Explore the many hidden corners of Guilford's craggy coastline, including Island Bay, Sachems Head Harbor, Indian Cove, Chaffinch Island and Guilford Point with their frequent water views.  The suggested lunch stop occurs late in the ride at Guilford Green.
