K.H. Ryerson Middle School parking lot
off Durham Rd (Rt.79) in Madison; the access road to the school is
approximately 1.25 miles south of the Route 79/80 traffic circle on the east
side of Rt. 79 (to your left as you are heading south toward Madison). Go approximately 0.1 miles on the
access road to the parking lot on your left.
Note: If school is in session,
parking will be extremely limited if not non-existent. Please plan accordingly.

Ride
Description: This challenging ride travels over mostly rolling
terrain (with several quite hilly sections) up through No. Madison into
Killingworth and passes the Haddam-Killingworth High School and adjoining
elementary school en route to a possible lunch/snack spot (best to bring) in
mid-ride. After the lunch/snack
break the route heads south on interesting back roads (mostly) before
returning to the starting point.
