Ride
Description: This is an
interesting, short ride over mostly flat to rolling terrain (w/ one serious
uphill stretch on Moose Hill Road starting at mile cue 3.7). The ride visits Guilford Green w/ its
many interesting and quaint shops located nearby, before heading to a circuit
of Sachem's Head and ending w/ a visit to Stony Creek. There are excellent views of the salt
marshes located along Rt. 146 (excellent biking road w/ smooth surface and
wide shoulders) while traveling from Guilford Green to Stony Creek.
