Ride
Description: This is an
especially scenic ride that tours through the Quiet Corner of Connecticut
while visiting the towns of Woodstock, Eastford, Ashford, Hampton and Pomfret
on mostly back country roads with sparse traffic. Amongst other interesting scenes are those of farms,
orchards, a winery, a Christmas tree farm, state forests, ponds & lakes,
streams, stone walls, cemeteries, preparatory schools, historic structures
& districts and much, much more.
Although hilly, the ride has significant redeeming values and you will
be well-rewarded for your effort.
This ride is a keeper!
