Starting Location:  CPL, Route 9 exit 9 (Rt. 148), Chester

 

Ride DescriptionVery hilly, but scenic ride with a double crossing over the Connecticut River in East Haddam via the swing bridge. Three steep climbs with a lot of other hills thrown in for your riding enjoyment.  Possible lunch at Gillette Castle.  Bring plenty of water and energy.  This is far and away the most challenging ride on the website.  Don't attempt it unless you are in top condition.
