Sonya's Mystic/Ledyard/Preston/Stonington Hill Climber

 

Total Distance: 30.8 miles                             Elevation Gain: 1492 feet

Starting Location: Old Mystik Village parking area near the caboose.

 

Special Directions:  Take I-95 Exit 90 and follow the signs to the Mystic Aquarium located adjacent to Old Mystik Village. Park in the area near a red caboose, which is on the west side of Mystic Aquarium.

 

Ride Description:  This interesting and challenging ride travels through sections of eastern Connecticut on mostly rolling terrain with some hilly sections.  There are no particular Points of Interest on the route...just lots of varied rural scenery, stone walls and Connecticut countryside.
