Total Distance:  30.4 miles                          Elevation Gain: 1384 feet

Killer Hills: There are a few gnarly hills

City/Town:  Yalesville (Wallingford)

 

Starting Location:  Yalesville Elementary School, 415 Church St. (Rt. 68) in Yalesville about 0.2 miles west of Rt. 150 intersection

 

(Note: parking will be limited if not impossible at the school if the school is in session)  

 

Ride Description:  Ride through Wallingford, Cheshire and Hamden over mostly rolling terrain with a suggested lunch stop at the height of land on the Gaylord Hospital grounds.  Cruise by orchards, woodlands, a winery, a reservoir and the Quinnipiac River.  There are a few hilly sections on the route.
